First time there I was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve met. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I can t wait to tell my friends about my braces visit! :)

We love this practice!! Everyone we have met is extremely friendly and fun. The place has a great vibe. They have many available late appointments so we don’t have to pull out of school early every time and they always take us on time, sometimes earlier if we arrive early. Both doctors are great and encouraging to young orthodontic patients!
The staff is just amazing! Everyone took the time to make sure I was OK. They talked me through as I was getting my braces on. They made me feel comfortable. A staff member asked me if it was OK for a boy to watch as I got my braces on because he was so nervous- that is CARING! Dr. Pachter is AMAZING! He made sure I was OK before I left; he came over to me as my mom was checking out to be sure everything was good. What a GREAT place! Thank you ~MSA

Everyone at the office was amazing! Clean and very organized! My daughter was so at ease while getting her braces.
I was extremely impressed with the care my daughter received on her appointment. I wound refer any and all who are seeking braced of all ages to consult with Dr. Pachter and his staff. They are amazing, the environment was so welcoming and the process was easy and delightful.
