Since day one, everyone at Pachter has been super nice & very patient with a very special teenage boy. He needed a little help & guidance & each person has been there to help him along. First time there I was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve met. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I can t wait to tell my friends about my braces visit! :)

We love this practice!! Everyone we have met is extremely friendly and fun. The place has a great vibe. They have many available late appointments so we don’t have to pull out of school early every time and they always take us on time, sometimes earlier if we arrive early. Both doctors are great and encouraging to young orthodontic patients!
Many people we know recommended Dr Pachter to us, and now we know why! High tech office and equipment, great doctor. And never would I have imagined an orthodontist office could be so festive - from the super friendly staff and beautiful office, to the themed days, contests and prizes. They go above and beyond and make having braces fun!
The staff is just amazing! Everyone took the time to make sure I was OK. They talked me through as I was getting my braces on. They made me feel comfortable. A staff member asked me if it was OK for a boy to watch as I got my braces on because he was so nervous- that is CARING! Dr. Pachter is AMAZING! He made sure I was OK before I left; he came over to me as my mom was checking out to be sure everything was good. What a GREAT place! Thank you ~MSA
For my first appointment they told me everything about braces and we're really helpful
