First time there I was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve met. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I can t wait to tell my friends about my braces visit! :)

We love this practice!! Everyone we have met is extremely friendly and fun. The place has a great vibe. They have many available late appointments so we don’t have to pull out of school early every time and they always take us on time, sometimes earlier if we arrive early. Both doctors are great and encouraging to young orthodontic patients!
I never complain when my mom tells me that I have an appointment with Dr. Pachter. I prefer to go to him over my regular dentist anytime. He and his staff are very friendly.

Everyone is always super friendly and kind when I come in, you don't get this kind of patient care anywhere else. The girls working are always singing and dancing and laughing with each other and there are good vibes all around.
