First time there I was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve met. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I can t wait to tell my friends about my braces visit! :)

We love this practice!! Everyone we have met is extremely friendly and fun. The place has a great vibe. They have many available late appointments so we don’t have to pull out of school early every time and they always take us on time, sometimes earlier if we arrive early. Both doctors are great and encouraging to young orthodontic patients!
So glad we found them for our boys. The journey has been great. The staff is super helpful, kind and caring of our needs. My boys love the contests and it makes it fun for them.
Everyone is so nice to me. It's a great environment, and I love the new rewards program.
We took our daughter in for a consult which was well explained and handled with care. We ended up getting the braces put on within the hour! My daughter tends to be a little nervous but the wonderful staff made her feel relaxed throughout the process. We can't thank Dr. Pachter and his staff enough!!!
Dr. Pachter is extremely gentle and you never feel any pain!
