Since day one, everyone at Pachter has been super nice & very patient with a very special teenage boy. He needed a little help & guidance & each person has been there to help him along. Now he’s cruising through the process & knows the routine. Dr P & the team have made it possible for this boy’s smile to help him shine even brighter in the world. Thank you! First time there I was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve met. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I can t wait to tell my friends about my braces visit! :)

We love this practice!! Everyone we have met is extremely friendly and fun. The place has a great vibe. They have many available late appointments so we don’t have to pull out of school early every time and they always take us on time, sometimes earlier if we arrive early. Both doctors are great and encouraging to young orthodontic patients!
It's amazing the lady's are nice help you feel comfortable being there & the assistant is marvelous.Always treat you good

I highly recommend Dr. Pachters office. My daughter started going there and loves it great atmosphere, super friendly staff. (Even the kids get a Pachter ortho shirt to feel included in the "club") Unlike when I was a kid when you went to the ortho sat in the cold waiting room, got your colors swapped out and were out the door with little than a glance. Dr Pachters office literally thought of everything I mean EVERYTHING, from new movies playing in the waiting room complete with coffee, and other beverage maker. A fingerprint scanner (that my daughter loves) makes her feel special "only I can do this mom". Today at our appointment my daughters lips were chapped (its winter it happens) and yeap you guessed it kiwi watermelon chapstick! (what! who does that?!) . Now today as I sat waiting for her to pick out her colors the lady asks me have you heard of our card? Me: no well get ready to get your mind blown.. She gets a card earns points for good grades, brushing her teeth and more. Boom!! and they have gift cards to just about everywhere dunkin donuts, gas, restaurants ect.. plus contests and other fun stuff to keep everyone engaged. Just amazing I don't know who thinks up these great ideas but so happy I found this friendly, professional office. I Highly recommend.
I love Pachter Orthodontics because the treatment is amazing, everyone there is really nice and wonderful to be around and I hope a lot of people are really happy with there teeth because of them.
