First time there I was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve met. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I can t wait to tell my friends about my braces visit! :)

We love this practice!! Everyone we have met is extremely friendly and fun. The place has a great vibe. They have many available late appointments so we don’t have to pull out of school early every time and they always take us on time, sometimes earlier if we arrive early. Both doctors are great and encouraging to young orthodontic patients!
Staff is great. They are Always attentive and friendly.
Had a great time today getting my braces on, the staff was excellent and inviting. I will recommend this fine establishment to all of my friends.

Pachter orthodontist is an amazing place the staff is so caring and they care about your treatment, they the patients feel like family and the front desk is so welcoming, Dr. Pachter is very respectful and helpful with the patient, family and his staff. His staff make sure your well, they make sure if you feel ok after every single treatment, the girls are very kind and warm hearted they make you laugh and smile, greet you to say how are you. They offer you contest and prizes. One feature I loved very much is the card they give you were you do productive things for points and for those points you can use to buy things. Thank you Pachter orthodontist for making me feel welcoming and for offering me very nice treatment.
